The Edina and BBB teams follow a code of conduct established by the MN Cycling Association.  Athletes are required to agree to abide by this code along with MN Cycling Association trail etiquette when they join the team.  The team also adheres to the rules established by the Minnesota High School League.  Parents and athletes are encourage to review these rules, which can be accessed via the links below.

Importantly Minnesota Cycling Association and the Edina/BBB team have strict rules regarding the use of tobacco, energy supplements, alcohol and drugs.  Highlights of these rules but not a complete list are:

  1. MCA prohibits the use of tobacco and nicotine products, including vaping or e-cigarettes.
  2. MCA prohibits the use of alcohol or illicit drugs.
  3. MCA prohibits the use of caffeine, guarana root, taurine, or creatine before or during MCA races, practices, or other activities.
  4. MCA strictly prohibits sexual harassment in any form, including verbal, physical, or visual harrassment.

​MCA violation consequences are listed in the MCA Sporting Regulations.  The team may require additional action as determined by the coaching staff and the Booster Club Board of Directors.
